Measures for your and our safety

The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. In order to prevent the further spread and the risk of infection by Covid-19, we would like to inform you about our security measures.

Protect yourself and others and wear a protective mask in all public areas. Together we are strong and stay healthy. Thanks for your support.

Our hotel is a "2G Hotel" meaning that our guests need to be vaccinated or recovered.
All guests entering Switzerland from abroad must present a negative PCR test, which must not be older than 72 hours. Rapid antigen tests will also be accepted if they are not older than 24 hours. Vaccinated and recovered persons do not have to take a second test 4 to 7 days after entering Switzerland.

Children under 16 years of age
People with test dispensing
Medical emergencies

There is currently no quarantine requirement for people entering Switzerland

COVID certificate

We ask you to present your Covid certificate upon arrival at the front desk or at the table in the restaurant.
The certificate is only valid with an ID.
Children under the age of 16 do not have to show a Covid certificate.
Guests who do not consume on-site (take-away) do not need to show a certificate. This also applies to consumptions outside on the terrace.


All employees wear a protective mask inside at all times.
The body temperature is measured before starting work.
Employees with elevated temperatures or other symptoms are immediately isolated and tested.
All employees have been trained in our protection concepts and apply them without exception.
Thorough hand washing and disinfection is required.
All employees are tested at least once a week.


Public Areas

Hand sanitiser are available in all areas.
Protective masks are available from reception on request. Contactless fever measurements are also possible.
The minimum distance of 1.5 meters should be maintained at all times.
All points of contact (door handles, lift buttons, etc.) are cleaned and disinfected with increased frequency.
Wearing protective masks is compulsory in all public areas. Children under the age of 12 are excluded.
The air circulation in the house is guaranteed by a fresh air supply.



Wearing a protective mask is mandatory inside. The mask may be placed on the table. No mask mandatory outside.
Guests who do not want to help themselves at the breakfast buffet can order breakfast from the service staff on request.
Table reservations are recommended.
There is no free choice of table - guests are escorted to the seat.
Consumption inside is only allowed while seated.



Rooms are cleaned with appropriate protective material.
Contact points such as bath products, remote controls etc. are also disinfected.
If room cleaning is not desired, we ask you to inform the reception.



We will still be happy to pick you up from the train station free of charge.
Valet parking is offered. Before and after the service, employees disinfect their hands as well as the steering wheel, keys and points of contact in the car.
Hand sanitiser are available in the hotel buses.


Alpin Spa

The maximum number per room (e.g. sauna, steam bath) is indicated.
All employees wear a protective mask.
The minimum distance of 1.5 meters should be maintained at all times.
Please note that for safety reasons, no guided sauna infusions are allowed at the moment. Instead, we will pamper you with our aroma infusion balls.
