Cuisine naturally played a key role during the strategic reorientation of the Arosa Kulm Hotel. Our first-rate chef Ulf Wein and his team of 41 experienced staff continues to amaze in five different restaurants – bringing irresistible delicacies to the table.

The Muntanella Restaurant, with its large terrace, is situated directly on the
slopes and hiking paths. What could be nicer than working up a good appetite during sport before stopping off for a bite to eat? A diverse salad buffet and lots of regional and local specialities will satisfy even the biggest appetite. Our little guests won’t have to search the menu for long to find their favourite dishes. For those who want to recover from a hike with “Afternoon-Tea” or shake a leg
during “Après-Ski”, the new bar is just the place. In the evenings, the Restaurant “Muntanella” then turns into a meeting point for discerning connoisseurs.
